Haha... well, most annoying people I find in my lifetime are because they are "naturally" annoying. There are also those that like to annoy others purposely just to get attention (mostly kids). But what ever the case is, their still human beings with feelings. So if you feel really annoyed with them, just space out, and don't get to close with these people. If not, you might end up in a fight you don't want to be in. :)
